2. 每日1700-2200UTC，東向經由KAPLI進入臺北飛航情報區之航空器，僅限目的地機場於臺北飛航情報區內或過境臺北飛航情報區經由IGURU進入福岡飛航情報區者。

   a. Northeast bound: FL290, FL330, FL370, FL390, FL410
   b. Southwest bound: FL300, FL340, FL380, FL400
2. Eastbound traffic entering the Taipei FIR via KAPLI shall be restricted to flights destined for aerodromes in Taipei FIR or transiting from Taipei FIR to Fukuoka FIR via IGURU between 1700-2200UTC.
